"The Beef" had a warrant issued for his arrest on Tuesday after he failed to show up for a court case regarding an unlawful smoking citation. The warrant was recalled just hours before Shia's car was impounded for improper parking after he blocked a residential driveway. A home owner in the apartment complex left Shia a well-written note (below) before the car was towed. The rising star picked up his ride yesterday and headed over to a photoshoot for Arena magazine in Los Angeles. Shia, we love a bad boy as much as the next, but start playing by the rules, m'kay?
